Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before HandyGoan has procured materials or assigned a technician for your project. In this case, any advance amount paid will be refunded in full as per our Refund Policy.

Once materials have been procured or a technician has been dispatched for site visit, measurement, or installation, cancellation charges may apply to cover material and logistics costs already incurred. The advance payment becomes non-refundable at this stage.

Orders cannot be cancelled once installation work has commenced at the site. Payment for work completed and materials installed up to that point will be due in full.

If you need to reschedule a site visit or installation date, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling with adequate notice does not attract any cancellation charge.

In rare cases where HandyGoan is unable to fulfil an order (e.g. product unavailability, inability to service the location), the full advance amount will be refunded to you without any deduction.

This Cancellation Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational or legal requirements. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
