Warranty coverage applies only to products and services specifically covered under written warranty terms. Warranty becomes void where damage results from misuse, unauthorized modifications, electrical irregularities, accidental damage, neglect, environmental exposure, or third-party interference.
The HandyGoan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or operational losses arising from delays, misuse, product malfunction caused by external interference, force majeure events, or customer misuse beyond intended operational design.
All branding, technical materials, website content, project designs, documents, and company-owned intellectual property remain the exclusive property of The HandyGoan Automation Private Limited and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
