This Shipping & Exchange Policy applies to all products and materials procured, delivered, and installed by The HandyGoan Automation Private Limited as part of automation, security, and smart-living installation services booked through our website, WhatsApp, or in-person consultation.
HandyGoan does not sell standalone products for independent courier shipping. All products (gate automation systems, CCTV cameras, smart locks, PDLC smart film, video door phones, and related accessories) are procured on your behalf and delivered directly to your site by our own team or authorised logistics partner, as part of the scheduled installation visit.
Once an order is confirmed and advance payment is received, typical delivery and installation is completed within 3–10 business days, depending on product availability, customisation requirements, and site readiness. For custom-fabricated items (e.g. custom gate frames, cut-to-size PDLC film), timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and may extend based on fabrication requirements.
We currently deliver and install across Goa. If your location falls outside our standard service area, our team will inform you of feasibility and any additional logistics charges before confirming your order.
All products are inspected by our technician at the time of delivery and installation. Please examine the product along with our team before installation is completed, and report any visible damage, defect, or mismatch immediately.
If a product is found to be defective, damaged, or not matching the confirmed specification at the time of installation, HandyGoan will exchange or replace it at no additional cost, subject to manufacturer/brand availability. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of installation. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse after installation are not eligible for exchange.
Custom-fabricated items (e.g. custom gate frames, cut-to-size PDLC film) and products installed and functioning as per specification are not eligible for exchange once installation is complete, except in cases of manufacturing defect confirmed on technical inspection.
