Refund Policy

Advance payments collected at the time of order confirmation are used to book materials, schedule technician visits, and reserve installation slots. Once a technician has been dispatched or material procurement has started for your project, the advance amount becomes non-refundable.

You are eligible for a full refund of your advance payment only if HandyGoan is unable to deliver the agreed product or service due to a reason on our end (e.g. product unavailability, inability to service your location), or if the order is cancelled before any material has been procured or technician assigned, in line with our Cancellation Policy.

If a product installed is found to be defective or damaged at the time of installation, HandyGoan will repair or replace it at no additional cost. Refunds for defective products are considered only where repair or replacement is not feasible, and are assessed on a case-by-case basis after technical inspection.

Labour charges for work already completed, custom-fabricated items (e.g. custom gate frames, cut-to-size PDLC film), and third-party product costs already procured on your behalf are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. Refund timelines beyond this may occasionally depend on your bank or payment provider's processing time.
